Pattern Place
It’s Math! It’s Art! It’s Science!
This gallery is FILLED with patterns of our natural world and community. Interactive exhibits highlight a wide variety of visual and mathematical patterns that we see in our daily lives. Experiences have been purposely selected to feature surprising and unusual topic connections, with hands-on experiences where visitors are called on to discover, describe, analyze, predict, and create patterns! Visitors are even able to take a ‘selfie’ at the Digital Mosaic – it will pop up on the screen for all to see.
